Weight goal for 2013 - pounds in the 130's
My body likes the Paleo lifestyle. I will try to follow it as much as possible, except for chocolate and the occasional rice.
Eating a bunch of food, even the good-for-me kinds, is still eating a lot of food.
Tips:
- Get ready for bed as soon as possible to prevent zombie eating.
- Do not buy foods in grocery stores that you don't want in your body. It's all about prevention!
Feeling a little down today due to many little worries. Sigh.
9:45am: 6 pieces bacon, roasted brussels sprouts, 1 small "Hail Merry" chocolate macaroon, black coffee
10:45am: handful unsalted pistachios, 1 small "Hail Merry" chocolate macaroon
3pm: smoked salmon, broccoli w. garlic
6pm: couple handfuls unshelled pistachios, 1 small "Hail Merry" chocolate macaroon
- Totally unnecessary. Especially since I wasn't hungry. But I did it anyway.
8pm: smoked salmon, collard greens, 3 little corned beef cubes
1 small "Hail Merry" chocolate macaroon w. sunbutter
8:30pm: 3 little triangles dark ginger chocolate, 1 small "Hail Merry" chocolate macaroon, 1-2 spoons sunbutter
