about 2 cups kale-lentil soup with 1 piece naan bread
1 nutrigrain bar (during run)
2 crackers with greek yogurt and caramelized onion dip
1/2 granola bar (picking!)
1.5 cup w.w. rotini with pesto and baked eggplant
