Goal
My 2012 goals are to run my 2nd marathon, and to lose the last 10 lbs.

rest day for long run tomorrow


breakfast
3 small whole wheat vegan pancakes with a banana and maple syrup


lunch
2 cups garden salad with about 1/4 cup fried tofu and 1 tablespoon homemade dressing


snacks
24 almonds


dinner
1 Licks veggie burger with a small side of fries (not healthy... delicious...)
