Goal
***Weigh 120 by Spring Break!!


**Life Goals:: work out regularly
eat healthy and enjoy treats in moderation
weigh 110 pounds


FITNESS SMALL STEPS:
walk/run 5 miles every M-W-F
do yoga every T-R-S

DIET SMALL STEPS:
can only drink water
no deep fried foods
no potato chips
must eat a healthy breakfast

and my ex bf sent me naked pics. i cropped them, but wasnt it a sweet bday present?! haha

So I got 4 new piercings today!! my 4th whole in both ears, and 2 cartiledge piercings in my left ear... thats the one i hold the phone to! i forgot!! ahh.... i might get my nose pierced. maybe that'll be my reward if i lose some weight!
