Goal
To steadily lose weight by staying active and controlling my eating. At this point, any loss would be welcome. One day at a time. The initial goal was 10 lbs, with a long-term goal of 25 lbs. Now that I have lost 20 lbs, I know that my goal should be at keast 20 lbs more, one day at a time.
