Goal
I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.




my notes
Had a productive day off


workout
working on it rebounded 30 mins and some weights too with abs


breakfast
1 slice gf bread with ham and 1 fried egg and parm cheese


lunch
lasagna.


snacks
rice crackers with cottage cheese and pineapple. few dark choc kisses ( was craving chocolate)


dinner
more lasagna and salad with oil and vinegar. red wine
