I am apparently avoiding the scale since I haven't remembered to weigh all week. Well, all three days of it so far. I will leave myself a note in the bathroom so I don't forget tomorrow. It is so silly to be afraid of a number. I will take the time to make smart choices today no matter if I am rushed, tired or even if discouragement sneaks it's way into my brain. This will be a positive cycle day, each good choice laying the groundwork for the next! I just know it.
