Goal
I want to feel better and look better. I want to prepare for the future and avoid the health problems my father and grandfathers went through. I want to compete and be an athlete again. And then I want to brag about it.


my notes
Didn't want to lift tonight, but I did anyway. I'm taking on the philosophy that there's no rush. I got home, spent an hour watching the sun go down on the balcony, then got to lifting, with the TV on, and finished in two hours. It was a vigorous workout, but it didn't consume my evening to the exclusion of everything else.

100 push ups (6 sets f 15 +10)
35 curls (40 pounds)
30 curls (30)
60 hammer curls (30)
60 wide row (40)
60 bent over row (40)
150 dumbbell pull over (40)
150 triceps push (40)


breakfast
Nothing

Salami and cheddar sandwich
