hey krystyna, i'm sure you realize this already, but just wanted to make sure you know your log is PUBLIC, meaning anyone and everyone, the entire world, can see naked photos of your exboyfriend.
Does he know that anyone other than you will be ogling him? Potentially there are even other people in his life who could view this site... if he doesn't know that you're posting nude shots of him on the internet that is going to be one humuliated and probably pissed off guy. And humiliated people file lawsuits. Either way, just maybe think about whether you'd enjoy someone posting naked "fat" pictures of you on a site without your consent... a word of warning...

Thanks for posting your comments this morning. I was wondering (and I don't mean to pick on you AT ALL) if you had thought about apologizing to your brother or his girlfriend for the comments you made about her gaining weight while at school? It sounds like you have an understanding now of how this could happen, even though it is totally unintentional. I ask, because I notice that the process of losing weight is so self-reflective for many people. They become much more aware of themselves. Your comments indicate that this could be happening to you too...i/e becoming more self-aware. Anyway, good luck on your weight loss journey. You seem motivated and certainly have the knowledge to exercise and eat well...you'll make your goals, for sure!

Be sure to allow yourself enough calories so your body doesn't enter the "starvation" mode. When you don't consume enough calories, your metabolism slows even more because your body doesn't know when the next meal is going to come. Weighing 110 lbs. doesn't sound like enough unless you are petitie . . ?

PLEASE eat more. Your body can't survive on only 600 calories a day. It will start to break down muscle and your heart is the most important muscle you have. Lose weight sensibly by eating enough so that your body can function, and burn fat for energy instead of muscle.

I'm sorry you feel like crying... I get that way sometimes, too, but you can't fast!! First, you need energy to exercise, which you are doing and meeting your goals, and second, it actually slows down your metabolism. You can stick it out... if you eat bad stuff one day, just eat good stuff the next day... but don't fast! :-)
