Thank you for writing this, I've started this weight loss program so I can do a charity run next year, and I'm looking for a way to start it off. Again, thank you and congratulations on your success.

Hi, I'm trying to find an active group where members sign in at least 3x per week, and also work out or do cardio. May I join you?

I'm a cake decorator in Kansas, I've been on peer trainor and active for a month. I've been working out 3 or 4 times a week, watching what I eat, and I sign in tu-sat. I was raised on a ranch, and love horses. I'm also restoring a historic victorian house that's getting the better of me off and on with 2 kids, 1 dog, and a large garden.

Hi peace, I just read your artilce and was very impressed. The article seems to begin with your weight around 46 pounds already lost. How did you begin your journey and stick with it to loose the 46 lbs. I seem to start and stop alot

I just started a running routine for myself , hoping to work up to a 1/2 marathon by this time next year.
This was my first weekend to run/ walk to my workout which is approx 4.5 miles from my house. I ran a little on sunday , but by sunday night and this morning I was exhausted! Any tips to keep from crashing like this?

Your story is so eerily close to my story. I am 37, a stay at home mom, and my goal is to run in marathons. I am 5' 1" and 194 lbs. I have recently starting my jogging and I am doing 2 miles a day plus walking 1.5 miles. I have started to develop shin splints and it is aggrivating. Any suggestions on how to pull through? BTW...I personally am SO proud of you! I know how hard it is to lose weight. This is my second time around and it is so frustrating. You have become my new inspiration girl. I truly am proud of you!
