I will eat healthy. I am focusing on realistic portions and choosing not to consume, multiple deserts and/or excessive snacking/grazing.
In my heart of hearts I know I can do this.

Working on making eating and exercising a smooth easy part of my life style while simultaneously not obsessing over food and rarely feeling satisfied.

I am a 38-year-old woman living in Ca, working as a speech-language pathologist for kids who are deaf and hard of hearing.
I love what I do even though it does seem to get REALLY BUSY. Sometimes it’s hard to fit in the amount of work I feel I need to accomplish in the hours that I am paid for.
Have an amazing and quirky family.
Jogged my first 5K in Dec of 07 and now have a PR of 29:23.1 (Feb. 2013).
I like spending time with friends, heading out to the beach, working out , swimming reading and walking my dog.

| I need the most help with: |
Staying true to portion control, not eating when I am stressed at work, merely tired, or lonely. Figuring out how to feel full after a meal. Getting real amounts of sleep.
