About me: |
I am 60 years old and have 4 grown children and 12 grandchildren. I am in excellent health and very active with my grandchildren. I have been mistaken many times for their mother rather than their grandmother! Although the older I get this doesn't happen too often anymore! I enjoy gardening, woodworking (refinishing furniture), crocheting and sewing. My employment is the City Clerk and I work along with my husband on our farm. I have gained 10lbs in the last year and have been successful with weight watchers in the past, and plan to do so now.

Diets I like: |
I prefer weight watchers. I like being able to eat several small meals a day. I would never sign up again, it is too expensive by the time I drive and pay my dues. I know what to eat. I love the weight watchers soup!

5 mile fat burning workout

My plan: |
To lose at least 2 lbs. a week doing weight watchers and exercising at least 1 hr. a day.
