I am usually a happy person and I strive to keep it that way. My health and weight is getting where it should be. I am always open to growth and learning. My end goal is to have permanent results with my health and weight.

I like to go to the college track to walk and jog. I make sure I at least do a mile on the track. I love the S.E.T (strength, endurance, training) class at 24hour fitness.

I need the most help with: |
I need help with being motivated to workout because I can do things to make myself motivated and I have no problem working out but its those times when I am soooo lazy and I don't want to do anything. Thats when I fall out of working out for a good 2 or 3 weeks and then I start eating things I am not suppose to eat. I might it one chip here a piece of candy there and then I back to my old eating habits again.
