Weight Watchers.. Eat when you're hungry, stop when you're full.. Eat to Live, not Live to Eat.. Common sense, balanced healthy lifestyle.

ZUMBA!! Try it!! www.zumba.com or if you're near DC, www.dczumba.com! I love to dance.. I also like going to the gym.. I like immediate results and solid wasys to measure progress..

Take it one day, one meal at a time... Using Weight Watchers as a baseline, just making the best choices possible, controlling carbs, fat and calories..
