About me: |
I work for the government and travel often. I am 26 years old, 6'2" and 221 lbs today (23 Jan 2015), and consider myself to be a fairly strong and in shape guy. This is purely to keep up my motivation in my weakest area, saying no to junk food.

Diets I like: |
Diets I like? The eating whatever I like diet haha. The most effective diet I have ever used? Intermittent Fasting combined with counting out my macro nutrients. But that really is a miserable way to live. Now I just count out my protein and try to stay away from crap food.

My plan: |
Due to the resources at my current location, it is much easier to eat junk food for free than to eat healthy food mailed to me. In 7 weeks I will be returning to Seattle and want to have my 6 pack back! Hopefully this will keep me more honest with my junk food binge eating.

I need the most help with: |
Not eating chips and chocolate, or drinking Redbull (currently all free to me and easy to access).
