lose 40 pounds by July vacation


About me:
250 starting weigh in. Wowza 245 week one: - 5 pounds! Woo hoo! 243 week two: -2 pounds (aunt flow visiting) 248 week three: + 5 pounds - weekly points mistake 242 week four: - 5 pounds 239 week five: - 3 pounds 242 week six: dang it! 235 week seven: - 8 pounds 232 week eight: - 3 pounds 232 week nine: (auntie flow) 228 week ten: - 4 pounds 225 week eleven: - 3 pounds 225 week twelve: same 225 week thirteen: same 226 week fourteen: YIKES! +1 pound


Diets I like:
Trying weight watchers for the first time with 3 days a week of slim fast


Workout of choice:
Turbo Jam, pilates, active 2 on the wii


My plan:
Keep positive and know this is a long journey not a short intense one.


I need the most help with:
making sure I exercise 6 days a week


Additional Info:
Working two jobs now so I am very stationary at a computer desk for a lot of my time. Love it when my two daughters (age 15 and 14) work out with me - GIRL POWER! :)
