My Goal:


New goal: get to 170 by end of May 2012. That is, stick to a slow and steady weekly loss. With a Tuesday weigh-in, here's how I need to stack up:

11/1/2011 182 - met on 10/29 -- early!
11/8/2011 take a break till after the holidays
03/01/2012 181 - met!

About me:
I lost 50 lbs in 2009 with Peertrainer's help. Since then, I've slowly gained 20 lbs of it back. I'm on a mission to lose those pounds and maybe a few more in 2012. My ultimate goal is to get back to 130 within 2013.


Diets I like:
Paleo


Workout of choice:
I live at the beach and do my best to walk 2-3 miles in the sand 4 or 5 times a week. Preferably at sunset.


My plan:
Through diet, exercise and determination, I reached my goal of 165 by September 29, 2010. But as of October 2012, I'm at 180 and it's gotta come off. Here's my plan:

-- More water, more green tea
-- Keep each big meal at or under 350 calories
-- Snacks at 150 calories or less
-- Exercise of some sort every day
-- Stay 80 - 100% Paleo


I need the most help with:
Not getting discouraged when my weigh-in does not reflect the sacrifice
Overeating in the evenings
Staying motivated
