My Goal:
Failure is NOT an option!
Started from 163 pounds as historical high 3 years ago, my goal is to reach 130 pounds and to maintain forever.

Weight Loss Result:
2010 Jul 1 - 156 pounds-> 2010 Nov 6 - 139
2011 Jul 10 - 149
2011 Oct 21 - 137 (Fat 23.7%)
2012 Jan 23 - 128lbs = I have reached my goal already :D
2013 Jul 4 - 131 Cool! I've been maintaining my weight around 130 for more than a year already :D


About me:
I'm 30+ and is a positive and happy person. I enjoy sports and want to be more energetic. I believe that in order to have fitness for lifetime, I must work together with my body and mind instead of going against them. Therefore I choose to eat healthy food happily and to have fun in sport. Gradually I'll change my eating habits and my relationship with food. My first milestone will be going down to 140 pounds in this summer holiday. I know I can make it, it's not that difficult. My moto: I'm strong, I don't need that chocolate!


Diets I like:
Not specific, any diet with low fat and a lot of vegetable and that won’t make me hungry


Workout of choice:
Thai boxing, swimming, body combat and running. Dumbbell


My plan:
Making good food choice is the key in my plan, because as long as I don't have a habit of healthy diet, I would gain back all weight after I stopped my diet. I want a life-time healthy body.


I need the most help with:
Emotional eating is my biggest enemy. I eat a lot when I’m with my friends because I’m too happy. I also eat a lot when I’m stressful! (I’m studying a part-time degree and hence I’m always stressful)


Additional Info:
I need to remind myself frequently that I'm doing this happily and consciously, I will not starve myself.
