Goal weight 145
more pool time and extra workouts
Barbell weights in the morning at least 3x a week
eliptical trainer 2 x on weekends

About me:
First Name is Eileen. Computer consultant with desk job not helping with the weight problem.

Diets I like:
no diet. portion control and concentrating on tasty healthy foods.

Workout of choice:
swimming, walking, starting weight trainming stretching

My plan:
Re start my 6 week get in shape to get in shape plan. Start with going to the pool regularly add weight training and when my legs are ready start using the eliptical trainer.

I need the most help with:
menu planning. When I plan ahead and have healthy food in the house all goes well. Cooking on the weekends and freezing meals keeps me from indulging when I come home late from work
