At my goal! lost 20!

My Goal:
I will be toner again and feel in shape. I will control my snacking and reaching for the wrong foods. I will maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle after reaching my goal.

About me:
I am a 51yo mom with a 25 yo son and 21 yo daughter. I have been married for 28 years. I work full time in a Library and I love books. I joined a gym and have used the treadmill, elliptical and cardio wave. I also love rebounding on my small trampoline. I am a girl scout leader of 1 troop.. We live north of Boston near the ocean which is a great place to walk.

Diets I like:
I loved Flavor Point which I tried last spring. Also have tried South Beach.

Workout of choice:
Walking and rebounding, elliptical at the gym as well as the treadmill and cardio wave. Have also been running on the treadmill.

My plan:
Exercise 5-6 days a week. Weights and Toning at least 3 x a week. Eat smaller meals with more fruit & vegtables. End mindless snacking and eating.

I need the most help with:
Portion control and snacking... Also getting motivated to do toning and strengh exercises...
