My Goal:
Get fit, Gain Muscle, lose fat.

About me:
Age: 36 Height: 5'7 Start Weight: 207 Lbs Current weight: 197.4 Goal: 160s for now.


Diets I like:
GOAL: Lose 2 lb per week I will burn at least 500 Calories per cardio workout mix strength training and cardio at least 2x/week via pilates and/or ballet workout dvds or free weights


Workout of choice:
cardio DAILY free weights or Pilates/ballet DVDs at least 2x per week. use Runtastic APP when doing outdoor workouts


My plan:
Count Calories daily with FitnessPal App, keep myself accountable with weekly weigh ins, Lots of cardio and add strength training/weights, to tone up.


I need the most help with:
Online tracking/journaling super important, must be as meticulous as I am when monitoring my workouts.


Additional Info:
counteracting what the scale is telling me, I don't want to buy new clothes. It's time to change my habits!
