Description:5'1", 38-yr-old, married, stay-at-home mom of 6 kids. I don't think motherhood is a good excuse for being fat. Yet, here I am.

Before:
1/1/13 - 145.2 lbs.
After:
my GOAL - 120 lbs.

My Goal:
~ Drink at least 5 bottles (80 oz.) of water each day.
~ Do some kind exercise every day.
~ Avoid unnecessary snacking.

7/8/06 - 195 lbs. (gave birth)
8/16/06 - 164 lbs.
9/1/06 - 162 lbs.
9/8/06 - 156 lbs.

Eventual goal (7/8/07?) - 125 lbs.

About me:
I'm a 38-yr-old happily married stay-at-home mom of 6 kids. I've been stuck around 135 for a few years and was up as high as 145 on the first of this year. I'm back down to 135, but need to break this plateau. I've recently discovered/admitted that I have gluten/dairy sensitivities, so I'm avoiding those. I restarted the Cleanse (for the 3rd or 4th time) on 3/27/13 as well as the Hormone Reset Program. I need to get a handle on this mess. I've started reading The Hormone Cure by Sara Gottfried, and Slow Burn by Stu Mittleman. I'm enjoying them both and hope to get a lot out of them.

Diets I like:
None, apparently. But I'm trying to avoid gluten, dairy, and added sugar.

Workout of choice:
Walking (with weights) & running (without weights) on the treadmill, JJ Virgin's 4x4 workouts, hula hoop, punching bag,

My plan:
Follow the Cleanse for 2 weeks and then follow the after-plan. Follow the Hormone Reset Program and feel like a happy human again. Exercise regularly and happily - hopefully.

I need the most help with:
staying motivated. not giving in and not giving up.

Additional Info:
I love food!
