Goal



I would really love for last year's jeans to fit come winter!!


my notes
So begins a week of tracking on my spreadsheet. After entering my lunch and four pieces of candy there is not much left to choose from for dinner. It will be a chopped salad for sure!


workout
I am so glad it's raining this morning. We are in our fourth year of drought and so I know it won't last long, and my bike ride later will be filled with new delights and smells and critters. Thank heavens Fall is finally taking a stand.

Dinner out: cheese enchiladas with beans and rice. I'm not sure why I'm on this rice & bean kick, but if I keep on like this I will blow up fast. I need to add my greens back in! What is up with me lately!!!
