Four more days and then we leave for the beach, cooler weather, and family.


workout
Laundry! At least I was on my feet and moving...


breakfast
Potato and Onion sauteed in coconut oil - usually I add spinach but our groceries are low since we are leaving soon.


lunch
2 hardboiled eggs chopped and mixed up with diced kale, green onion, celery, carrot and mayonnaise. Heaped on two slices of whole wheat toast. DELICIOUS.


snacks

dinner
Kale salad, poppyseed dressing, pecans & onions
