My shopping today was starch heavy. I am going to give it a few weeks to see if my body likes it. By likes it I mean, do I have energy, am I satisfied both with how full I am and the nutrients I am getting. Can I eat starches without dairy? Am I grazing in the evenings looking for 'something' in the kitchen? Time will tell.
I was just invited for a bike ride - this will be two days in a row - go me!
