I'm 30 from Philadelphia, working in the IT field as a project manager. I have been a success story, and I have been a failure. My weight has yo-yo'ed and it is at an ultimate high after having a baby in Aug 2012. I have gone from 146 to 110 to 169. I need to get back in shape.

Zumba 2 times a week (maybe 3), zcut video every day. Eat lean.
