What is your Mid-Year Resolution for Tomorrow? July 1st!

My Mid-Year Resolutions for tomorrow...

- 30 minutes every morning to improve/better/nuture myself before the family wakes up.
- Continue with the Cheat System, and get better with logging every meal. Every bite. Every drink!

So much can be accomplished in 6 months...

- To wake up 30 minutes earlier, feeling well rested and refreshed, I will set a decent bedtime.
- To improve my logging and watch my cheats, I will plan ahead! I will cook and prep meals ahead of time, and I will plan out my meals the night before and post to my log twice a day at specific times.

Do you have any Mid-Year Resolutions for Tomorrow? What has helped you? I am always seeking new ideas and inspiration. Thanks.
