Is it worth it?
OK so everytime I get the courage or the pumped up feeling that tomorrow is the day to begin my journey to a healthier me I start out so well even thinking
IS IT WORTH IT??? to eat that crap, I know I wont get the results etc.
I even think of quotes I heard that are so motivating an dtrue, "what do ya want excuses or results?"
Does anyone else get in these modes..I am successful for a few days sometimes a week then bam I am back where I statrted eating crap an dregretting it shortly after. I guess my next question is, has anyone been here and over come are you a success any advice for me?
I am a 38 yr old female 5'9" weighing 193> I am what I would consider a former athlete , consisting of multiple marathons and triathlons. I just need to get out of this funk I am in and the truth is I love working out , not much time for it but somehow i have enough time to beat up daily on myself..
My goal is to lose at least 20 lbs my main default is over eating .
