a VERY important question

Hello everyone,
I wanted to ask how does this metabolism and daily calorie thing work.
See, I did a basic metabolism rate test and it says that I regularly burn around 1513 calories a day. Regardless of that I've been burning 500 calories with exercise daily and the way I understand this whole thing, is that I'm pretty much burning 2000 daily, am I correct?

As for the food I eat, I am a vegetarian, so my meals are basically juice/salads/soups/fruits. I don't eat candy and I am allergic to chocolate. I eat frequent yet small meals. Such as salads or any type of vegetables or juice. I drink water many times a day and I don't drink soft drinks or alcohol or anything related to that besides juice and water. I am very active, regardless of my 500 calorie daily exercise I like to keep myself active and not just sit around.

My goal is to lose weight as soon and as rational as possible. I've been told that 500 calorie a day is quite harsh, but I'm very convenient with it and with the food I eat.
I just want to make sure is my calculations correct and am I getting this right or not?

Thank you so much in advance.
