Is this a healthy diet?

Hi! I am a 23 year old female, 5'11" and weigh 178 lbs..... 4 years ago i went from 230lbs(which i had been all through high school) down to 150 lbs.... i am trying to get back down to 150 now which is only 28 lbs.... and am trying to recollect how i did it before. Here is the diet I am trying to follow along with 5-6 days of 50 minute cardio/crunches/legs and 2 days of pilates:

Breakfast :
Weight control oatmeal (160)
Chobani yogurt (160)

Lunch:
Salad with feta and balsalmic vinegar (250)
cottage cheese (130)
Grapes (50)

Snack:
Cottage Cheese (130)

Dinner:
Salad with feta and balsalmic vinegar (250)
Chobani Yogurt (140)

Snack:
Fruit (100)

TOTAL DAILY CALORIES: 1390
