Is this a weight loss plateau?

Hello everyone. So about 4 months ago I started exercising in order to lose weight. I started off at 198LB and I am now at 179LB(in the morning), so I lost nearly 20 pounds, that 10 pounds more than I should have according to BMI, I'm 18 years old and a male 5'9". So, that was about ~3 weeks ago and I am still at 179-180. I have not lost a single pound in over 3 weeks. At first I thought it was a weight plateau so I increased my work out routine about 2 weeks ago, but I still have not lost a single pound.

When I first started running, I use to run 2 miles on the treadmill at the speed of 5.5 after I had finished the 2 miles I used to walk up hill, 5% incline at the speed of 3.9 for about 10mins, and then bike for 20mins, did about 5miles and then I go lift some weights for about 30mins. I am still doing the same thing, just have started running at the speed of 6.5 and then walking uphill at the speed of 4.5 and biking for 30mins.

My diet has not changed at all since I started, I don't eat anything in the morning because that's when I go to the gym I usually go the gym about 11am and return around ~1:30-2:00pm and after that I eat lunch. Then I eat 3 apples in the evening and then dinner around ~8:00pm. I really don't know how many calories that is since its mainly all Indian food, don't really have a way of counting calories, but I would say its about ~1000-1300 calories a day (Lunch and dinner = 5 chapatis and a bowl of whichever side dish is made that day/per meal), and I don't eat any snacks at all or drink any soda, I make sure to drink at least 90o.z. of water everyday.

So now I don't know what to do. Is this a weight loss plateau or is this because I'm not eating enough? I'm afraid to eat more, thinking that it will hurt me more than help me.

Thank you for your time.
