Exercise Ideas?

Hello. After months of being off track, I've decided to get it together and try to lose some more weight. My biggest problem is finding a method of exercise that will suite me. I've always found it pretty hard to pick something that will work. Where I live, the weather now is very hot and typically summery. If I were to exercise outdoors in this type of weather I would eventually become a little lightheaded. The next best thing would be to join a gym (an air conditioned gym). But I don't really have the money for that right now. I also have a stationary bike at home, but I can't ride it for very long because I tend to go numb. I can't run the stairs in my building because I have slight asthma. Swimming is a no go too - no public pools nearby. I have run out of ideas. Can anyone help me?
