first time tri

I just registered for my first Triathlon (sprint distance). I am doing the fundraising part of it for Ovarian Cancer Research, so I get a training program. I've only done a 5K before and haven't done any swimming since high school (that was 10 years ago). I just got a swim coach for some lessons, and have an endurance trainer once a week for the next month. But, can anyone make other good eating and training recommendations? I have about 4 months to get this right:)
