Diet's don't work what you need is a lifestyle change

I have been on atkins about 10 times in my life. The results are always great until you go off the diet and gain it all back.
Most diets are all about what you can't have. So I am starting a diet of YES. I am saying YES to foods that I would have never tried before. Now that I am trying new foods, healthy foods I have found that I actually like healthy food. By doing this and keeping the fatty foods I do enjoy to a minimum weight is falling off and I am not on a diet. This is a new way of life and I feel really good. More alert, I have more energy, I feel thinner. My skin looks amazing and it's only been one month. I am down 13 lbs and I even ate what I wanted to on Thanksgiving and had desert at 2 weddings. Not bad.
