Hello Peer-Trainer community!
I am fairly new to this whole life-style change. Growing up my weight fluxuated an aweful lot. I have been very skinny to very fat. approximatly 10-11 months ago I stepped on the scale and was 262lbs!! The next day I started exercising and dieting. My weight as of this morning is 169lbs (93lbs weight loss!) but I have been around 170lbs for about a month now havent been able to continue my weight loss. I am tall (6ft'4) and ideally I would like to be 155-160lbs. I know that I have been slacking a little on my diet and exercise since I got a new job and that I need to continue on my journey.
How can I go about getting rid of this last 10-15 lbs?? I have tried just about everything this past month but doesn't seem to be coming off near as quick as it was before.
Also:
My trouble area is my chest. I do not have near as much muscle as I would like to. (that is probably why I am a fairly low BMI and still fat). I goto the gym and lift weights 3x a week for 2 hours and a couple days a week I do approximately 60 pull ups and 200 push ups it really doesnt seem to get better much better.
Please leave me some advice!
thanks!
