Help me please

I need advice.. I have released 179 pounds.. I have kept 165 of that off for close to seven years now. I just recently broke a three month plateu.
I eat relatively healthy for the most part.. no white bread, no white rice, no white pasta no white potaoes.. I eat brown rice, veggies, fruits, wholegrains, lean meats.sweet potatoes, beans of any type,salads I dont drink pop. I drink plenty of water.I exercise 5 to 6 times a week at the gym and walking.. just recently took up running.

I USUALLY dont eat processed CRAP as I call it except for when I go to my parents.I also slack off exercising when I am off of work and visiting them. its like I loose all willpower and determination.

I dont want to backslide and gain my weight back.I know its my choice as to what I eat. I have been on this journey long enough to know noone can do it for me.

my question is HOW do I stay motivated and stick to plan when Im off work and visiting my parents.
