Try the ones in boxes for good lo-cal snacks. (sorry, don't have names handy) Get the big boxes, the little ones are too expensive. You pour out what you want and keep the box in the fridge. There's a butternut squash I like, and a free-range chicken broth that is surprisingly yummy. Sometimes I go to whole foods to get them if I can't find them elsewhere. Not full meals, but great snacks.

Here is one of my family's favorite:
White Chicken Chili
1 cup chopped onions
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tb olive oil
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dried oregano, crushed
¼ tsp ground red pepper
¼ tsp ground cloves
3 15 ½ oz. cans great northern beans, rinsed & drained
2 4 ½ oz. cans diced green chili peppers
4 cups chicken stock or broth
3 cups chopped chicken (3 large chicken breasts, ~ 1 ½ lbs.)
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese (8 oz.)
Sour cream (optional)
Chopped canned green chili peppers (optional)
In Dutch oven or large stock pot, cook onion and garlic in hot olive oil until onion is tender but not brown. Stir in cumin, oregano, ground red pepper, and cloves. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the beans, chili peppers, and chicken broth. Bring to boiling, reduce the heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Stir in the chicken; heat the mixture thoroughly.
If serving immediately, top each serving with ¼ cup cheese, dollop with sour cream, and sprinkle with additional chopped chili peppers.
If freezing, simply add required amount of cheese to the broth before placing in containers.

I just bought a carton of Carrot Ginger soup at Trader Joe's. It has 70/cal per cup (280 cal/per container). I added green beans, carrots, peas and corn (another 200 calories) and simmered it with some cumin and black pepper. I turned it into three big servings, and at about 160 calories each, it was a great addition to my lunches!

this isn't homemade, but the Campbell's Select Ministrone is really good and you can eat the WHOLE can for 2 WW points. I have a great beef stew recipe that is low cal and low fat, but maybe it's too warm for that now??? I usually only make it in winter. If anyone wants it, I will post it. Let me know.
