real weight?
I can't tell what to trust anymore. for the past few days I had an awful stomach flu ( horrible at the time but almost like a forced diet haha) and now the scale says I'm 3 pounds lighter....is that possible or is it just lack of food in my body to count towards the weight?

many people lose weight whille sick. it sould be either one but if you contine to lose weight while your sick and not eating you could be losing fluids that your body needs to function try to eat small meals to keep yourself from allowing your body to go into starvation mode but eat crackers or something healthy so if you get sick it wont be so bad

I can lose 3 pounds in one really tough workout. It is definitely possible that you lost the weight, but it's also very, very likely that it is all water weight. Vomiting (and other nasties) cause dehydration. Make sure you drink lots and lots and lots of water, juice, or sports drinks.

sometimes it's also a dehdraytion efect as well. (just like the poster above said, water weight). Weigh yourself in a few days and see what the scale said.
