sugar withdrawal symptoms

I am day 2 into a sugar purge- I have cut out sugar, fruit and most high sugar foods. And I have a dull headache that now alternates between the base of my neck and my forehead. Is it possible that I am having withdrawal symptoms?

DEFINATELY! The first 2-4 days you're likely to deal with:

incredible cravings
headaches
minor aches and pains
dry mouth
thirst
feeling huntry when you're not
irratibility
sleepiness

Those are some of the symptoms I went through when I tried to do phase one of the fat smash diet. Basically no coffee, processes sugars, fatty foods - bascially I ate mostly veggies and rice and healthy food lol.

It really does all go away by the 4-5 day, so hang on! Are you giving up coffee as well? I remember attributing the worst headache (around day 3) to that,

Good luck!

Try exersising a little more to build up some endorphins!

Don't cut out all sugars, just processed sugars and white sugars. There are going to be some real crappy with drawls at first, processed sugar is very addictive.. Crashing like this especially with sugars can have the same effect eating to much sugar can. You can still develop diabetes from not consuming enough sugars. Fruits are good just not too much.

relieve them with this

it really works. Read some of the testimonials. I have used this technique for two years now and it has revolutionized my life and many other people I have helped with it.
