I am 25 years old and am in pretty good shape. I have an exercise physiology degree, worked as a personal trainer for 2years, currently work for a health enhancement company, where I use behavioral modification techniques and long term treatment planning to help aid my patients in reaching their optimal level of health, through diet and exercise. I work out regularly 4-6xweek.


I was introduced to exercise a few of years ago. It took me a long time to actually enjoy working out. What I truly like about exercising is that I have complete control over what I do during a workout. I know this may sound weird, but at this point in my life, exercise might very well be the most personal thing I have. It's something that I do completely for me. I enjoy the feeling that I can have control over how my body looks and feels. [Sidenote: I am a Christian {I PROMISE, I am not going to start preaching! :)} and I believe that God is control, but I LOVE the feeling that no person has control over my body but me.] Hopefully, the preceding made sense to somebody else out there besides me and I hope I have not freaked anyone out :).


I'm a 28 year old male what has gone through many transitions lately. Now that I am settling down, I want to be more organized and focus more on my health and welness.


I'm 26 and currently have a very stressful job in the education field. I'm planning on making a major career shift soon. I love dance, photography, and hiking.
