I just turned 48 - on Saturday! I work in the city 4 days a week and have 2 children, 4 & 5. I was chubby as a teenager, lost the excess weight in my early 20's, kept it off for close to 20 years by keeping the focus. When I entered baby making years I gave my all to that and have been putting on 5-6 lbs a year. I need support I can fit into my life.

I exercise regularly...at least 3-4 times a week, but without consistent good diet I haven't been able to lose any weight.

I am 21 years old, and a mother of 3. I adopted 2 kids about 2 years ago and recently just had a baby also. He is 5 months old now and I am more than ready to lose this weight. I am a stay-at-home mother. I currently weigh 230- I am 6"0" tall and wear a size 18.

I'm a 20 year old girl, full time university student, completing a degree in pharmacy. I never was an extremelly large child or young lady, but since starting university it seems the weight has increased. I was always an active person; I played soccer and basketball 4 times a week, however found my studies got increasingly important and all my exercise regimes became non existant. Now, I'm 69kg (152 lbs) at 5'2" and I've been told that is a lot of weight to be carrying for a person of my height. At my lowest weight I was 45kg (99lbs). So as you can see, I have had quite a battle with the control of my weight. I'm just hoping to keep my weight stable and healthy.
