I've been in WW and lost weight. I know "how" to lose weight, I just need the accountibility. There are no WW meetings I can go to, and paying for online just doesn't cut it for me. So instead, I propose taking the $16/week I'd pay for WW, and give it to myself if I meet my goals each week. Weekly deductions will be made for food/excercise choices outside of the plan I make for myself. I propose weighing in once a week as a group, and active posting to help each other meet our goals.
