I'm 58 (!) and out to achieve the best shape of my entire life. I'm doing numerous, long bike rides this summer: RAMROD, STP, the Spring Century (down in Oregon), Torture 10,000 (also in Oregon)--as well as a cross country bike ride in Summer, 2007: Seattle to Bar Harbor, Maine. I'm looking to lose approximately 30 pounds.
