I'm 41 and 5ft 4in and had my first baby on 30 Oct 2010 and my second on 31 October 2013. My lifelong goal is to continuously improve my physical, mental, and spiritual shape. This goal is intertwined with my desire to give my family the best years of my life.. Through this journey, I am going to focus on building cardio fitness, meditation, flexibility, and strength. I really love doing fitness challenges. It helps me focus even if I don't always meet my goal.


I am a professional in my 50's with a very active work schedule and social calendar. I have lost weight and gained it back many times. I am a very type "a" person and I am trying to get better with that. I am married with 2 small birds as my children...I just love animals


Driven, successful, a little goofy, scuba diving, hiker and lover of traveling the world... Need to lose a few pounds. Already have good workout plan that enjoy it, also follow a healthy diet. Just need to eat a little less, watch portions and most importantly,...eat mindfully!


I'm a working mom with 2 awesome kids (7 & 9). I am constantly on the go, and love to be active. I want to do a tri-athlon this summer, but I'm still learning to swim.
