I'm 40 and 5ft 4in and had my first baby on 30 Oct 2010. I'm expecting the second child in early November 2013 (fingers crossed for an uneventful pregnancy). My lifelong goal is to continuously improve my physical, mental, and spiritual shape. This goal is intertwined with my desire to give my family the best years of my life.. Through this journey, I am going to focus on building cardio fitness, meditation, flexibility, and strength. I really love doing fitness challenges. It helps me focus even if I don't always meet my goal.

I am a 43 years married, working executive, and a mom of two sons 11 and 13.. I am also an endurance runner and recent breast cancer survivor. Trying to change how I eat to be at my optimal weight, thrive in my sport and give myself the best chance to stay cancer free.


I am a professional in my 50's with a very active work schedule and social calendar. I have lost weight and gained it back many times. I am a very type "a" person and I am trying to get better with that. I am married with 2 small birds as my children...I just love animals
