I'm married to Mark and live in Porter, TX. We have 3 children ages 8, 3, and 1. I homeschool Brent, my 8 year old. I'm am working on prioritizing and organizing our lives and this is one facet of that.


I am a stay-at-home mom to my 4 year old daughter and wiill be going back to work before she starts kindegarten in the fall. I have been struggling with the ups and downs of a very rocky relationship over the last couple of years. This is not the reason I have gained weight but I did chose to hide and not take care of myself rather than face reality of what was happening. Our divorce will most likely be final over the next couple of months. I want to be healthy for me and my daughter despite whatever stressors are going on in my life. I want to stop hiding from life because of my weight and other fears.


I am a 29 y/o mom of one who recently graduted from college for Nursing. It has been a really hectic 4 years and it has been incredibly hard to eat a proper diet. It seems that everything I ate during that time period was on the go. I am not the greatest at keeping up my exercise regimen, so I defeinitely need some support there as well.


I was always trim but not skinny.I gained 50 pounds during my pregnancy/breastfeeding(everyone said breastfeeding would help me lose weight but I just felt more hungry).My daughter is turning 5 in the fall and I still weigh the same.I want a program I can live with so I don't feel like I'm constantly denying myself yummy food but I want to wear a swim suit without a big towel wrapped around my waist!
