Overflowing shelves, drawers that won't close, bulging waistlines- it's time to cut down, get rid of, and quit buying and eating more and more! I want to live with "enough" and give up all this "too much". We're an active, supportive group. Please join us (only) if you're an active poster.

I'm 40 and 5ft 4in and had my first baby on 30 Oct 2010. I'm expecting the second child in early November 2013 (fingers crossed for an uneventful pregnancy). My lifelong goal is to continuously improve my physical, mental, and spiritual shape. This goal is intertwined with my desire to give my family the best years of my life.. Through this journey, I am going to focus on building cardio fitness, meditation, flexibility, and strength. I really love doing fitness challenges. It helps me focus even if I don't always meet my goal.
I am a 44 year old Chrisitian SAHM. I homeschool 4 children and am married to a wonderful guy.
Hello all. I'm a 29-year-old married female. I am blessed to have an amazingly supportive husband. No matter what I try or change or add to our lives he's all for it. I have a wonderful 2-year-old daughter - soon to be 3 and am currently pregnant with my second child, another girl. The goal is to stay as healthy as possible during this pregnancy and shed as much weight as I can by the end of 2013. I'd like to start off the new year feeling good about myself.
I'm a 24 year old financial analyst and mutual fund investor. I have been at least 20 to 30 pounds overweight ever since I was a teenager, which is a major bummer because the rest of my family isn't and I always feel a little left out. I used to be a picky eater, but after bouncing around colleges for a while, I decided to become a chef. Thus came about a two year eating binge which, I will not lie, was extremely fun and satisfying. The part that wasn't fun was when I started getting up in the morning with back pain, tense shoulders, and a tendency to cramp, especially in my legs. Now my new job as a marketing director for a financial literacy group isn't really conducive to healthy eating; we are out and about a lot, and we frequently have meetings with clients in restaurants and such. I've discovered that I'm a compulsive stress eater, and since this job creates a large amount of stress, I need more than ever to create a healthier lifestyle for myself.
