I am 46 years and starting to get overweight. Although I'm physically active, I don't work out regularly. I need to cut back my calorie intake and increase my exercise so that I don't continue to gain weight. I would love to lose 13 pounds to get back to my pre-marriage weight. I'm trying to do a modified South Beach diet (more vegies, less carbs). I work on a computer most of the day in downtown Boston. I take the T to work, so I walk 1/2 to 2 miles a day. I have 8 year old twins. I like to garden, take photographs, and play Sudoku.


I am a 31 year old sinle mom to four kids, ages 11, 10 and 3 year old twins. I have always been over weight even as a baby.


I'm the mom of a 2.5 year old. I just got done with grad school and got my MBA. It's been a crazy 2 years as I had to live away from my home and hubby in an apartment in my college town. I was single parenting for most of that time while trying not to succumb to the pressure of school. Fortunately it's over but in the process I pretty much lost every inch of shape I had. I hope I can get it back with the right support! Looking forward to meeting you all.
