I'm a 22 year old college student going into my final year of school. I've lived and worked on campus for 2 years now and I absolutely love it. I'm really looking forward to being finished school though and starting an "adult" life.


I ran my first marathon three weeks ago. I haven't worked out since then yet I keep eating like I'm training. I'm gaining weight fast!





I'm 29, I own a small advertising design business and I work from home. In the past five years I have put on about 70lbs of unwanted weight. My wife and I keep starting diets, but most don't last longer than a few weeks. Working at home on a computer makes loosing weight very challenging as an average work day starts at about 8:30 am until sometimes 7 to 8 pm.
