Japan fanatic who would be very happy to be a fitness fanatic as well! Approaching 40 too fast!

48 YO, have had end stage hip arthritis for 4 years, have had secondary complications from compensating for it (low back probems, now a knee problem). I ride horses (altho much less than 4 years ago, sigh)

I'm 28 and just had a baby girl, Sofia, on March 25. I weighed 122 lbs before the baby and now I weigh 139. I can't fit into any of my pre-pregnancy clothes, and I am really frustrated because I know I can lose the weight. I am an Account Executive with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage here in Tempe, AZ and love my job!
