I'm about average person. Last year got infected by a bodybuilding bug. Lost a lot of weight but did not finished yet. There is a lot of work ahead of me.

I'm a 34 yr old, single mother of 2. I have alrady lost 65 lbs in the last year but seem to have stalled in my weight loss. I work as a waitress and I also work at a gym. I do some personal training and would really like to lose another 20 to 25 pounds so that I feel better about myself. I know how to lose the weight and how to do the exercises it is just a matter of making myself stick to it now. That's why I'm here!
